Japanese tourist harassed by 5 men near Jaipur fort, accused caught on CCTV

A disturbing incident in Jaipur has once again raised serious questions about the safety of foreign tourists especially women travelling alone in India.
In a video that went viral on social media, a Japanese tourist alleged that she was harassed near Jaigarh Fort while travelling from Amer. The complaint, filed at the Amer police station, states that four to five youth surrounded her and attempted to misbehave.
DCP North Jaipur Karan Sharma reportedly confirmed that a case has been registered and CCTV footage from nearby areas is being examined to identify the suspects.
